PhillipCapital Türkiye, Phillip Capital'in ChatGPT ve Claude dizin uygulaması (salt okunur bilgi hizmeti)
Hangi veriler işlenir
- Kimlik: Phillip Capital girişinizle doğrulanan müşteri numaranız ve kullanıcı adınız. Uygulama, hesabınıza yalnızca siz giriş yaptıktan sonra ve yalnızca sizin adınıza erişir.
- Hesap verileri: sorduğunuz anda kurum kayıtlarından okunan pozisyon, bakiye, limit ve günün emirleri. Hesap numarası yanıtlarda maskelenir.
- Piyasa ve araştırma istekleri: sorduğunuz semboller ve tarama ölçütleri.
- Denetim kaydı: her aracın adı, parametreleri, sonucu, zamanı, bağlantının IP adresi ve kullanılan yapay zeka platformu. Sohbet içeriğiniz kaydedilmez; yalnızca uygulamaya gelen istekler tutulur.
Amaç
Talep ettiğiniz bilgiyi göstermek, mevzuat gereği erişim izini tutmak ve hizmetin güvenliğini korumak. Veriler pazarlama amacıyla kullanılmaz ve satılmaz.
Alıcılar
Yanıtlar, sohbeti yürüttüğünüz yapay zeka platformuna (OpenAI veya Anthropic) iletilir ve o platformun kendi gizlilik koşullarına tabidir. Bunun dışında veriler Phillip Capital sistemlerinde kalır; yasal zorunluluk halinde yetkili kurumlarla paylaşılır.
Saklama
Denetim kayıtları sermaye piyasası mevzuatının öngördüğü süre boyunca saklanır ve otomatik olarak silinmez. Hesap ve piyasa verileri yanıt üretildikten sonra en çok bir dakika önbellekte tutulur.
Haklarınız ve kontroller
- Bağlantıyı yapay zeka platformunun ayarlarından istediğiniz an kaldırabilirsiniz; kurumdaki yetki de MobilG uygulamasından kapatılabilir.

Privacy Policy
PhillipCapital Türkiye, the Phillip Capital directory application for ChatGPT and Claude (read-only information service)
Data processed
- Identity: your customer number and login name, verified by your Phillip Capital login. The application reaches your account only after you sign in and only on your behalf.
- Account data: positions, balances, limits and today's orders, read from the brokerage's records when you ask. Account numbers are masked in replies.
- Market and research requests: the symbols and scan criteria you ask about.
- Audit record: each tool's name, parameters, outcome, time, the connection's IP address and the AI platform used. Your conversation is not stored; only the requests that reach the application are.
Purpose
To show the information you request, to keep the access trail required by regulation and to protect the service. Data is not used for marketing and is not sold.
Recipients
Replies are delivered to the AI platform you are chatting on (OpenAI or Anthropic) and are subject to that platform's own privacy terms. Otherwise the data stays within Phillip Capital's systems and is shared with authorities only where the law requires.
Retention
Audit records are kept for the period required by capital-markets regulation and are never purged automatically. Account and market data is cached for at most one minute after a reply.
Your rights and controls
- You can remove the connection at any time from the AI platform's settings; the permission at the brokerage can also be switched off in the MobilG app.
